Welcome to Electrum Print. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website [www.electrumprint.com] (the “Site”) and the purchase of custom printing products from us. By accessing our Site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• All orders are custom-made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
• Customers are responsible for submitting accurate artwork. We print exactly what is provided, so please review your files carefully before submitting.
• By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce the design and that it does not infringe on any copyright or trademark. Electrum Print is not liable for any legal issues arising from unauthorized artwork.

• Full payment is required in advance before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but the amount paid at the time of your order is final.
• Sales tax will be applied where applicable.

• Please allow two (2) weeks for production and shipping. Production time starts after we receive full payment and final artwork approval.
• All orders are shipped via UPS, and a tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed since all orders are custom-made.
• If an error occurs due to our production process, we will work with you to correct the issue. However, we are not responsible for errors in artwork submitted by the customer or for dissatisfaction based on design choices.
• If you receive a defective product (e.g., printing error or damaged in transit), contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [insert contact email] with photos of the issue.

• Once an order is placed and production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.
• If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already shipped.

• You retain the rights to your artwork, but by submitting it to Electrum Print, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse printing any artwork that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.

• Electrum Print is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, shipping delays, or artwork errors.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product ordered.

• We do not store credit card information—payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
